The patient has strong hallux varus deformation when lording on his foot with pain. Doctor suggested surgery however he declined therefore must be hospitalized. In this case, UCBL insole was able to save his pain and deformation. However, general UCBL insole could not affect his foot. Thus, we needed to adjust and adding some materials to the UCBL insole.
